Oysters
We currently have three lines of oysters available for retail or wholesale purchase: all of which are grown and harvested in South River, North Carolina.

Green wings
Previously known as "South River Salts", these oysters have a thick, roughly 3" shell for easy shucking and a plump, buttery, meat with a hint of South River salt. Curated over a fourteen month process and tumbled up to six times before harvest to ensure only the finest oyster reaches the table.
Skinny Dippers
With a smaller, roughly 2.5" shell, this wholesale-exclusive line of petite oysters is easily plate-able and far from lacking meat! Perfect for appetizers and cocktail pairings, enjoy the flavor of our Green Wings but make it bite-sized!
Ironclads
Our Green Wings that grow out of our regular retail limitations. These 4"+ oysters have a large, hardy shell that's perfect for filling with toppings and throwing on the grill. Try them as Oysters Rockefeller!
