One bushel of wild oysters usually has close to 100 oysters which typically feeds 4-6 people. We sell our farm-raised oysters by the 50 or 100 count which would be about a half or full bushel respectively. Our farm oysters will come in a much smaller bag because there wont be as much shell weight nor will our oysters come in clusters (but rather individual shells), but the amount of meat is roughly the same as buying wild-caught.

We offer free local delivery to anyone in Carteret County. For anyone outside of the county, we recommend ordering online as we offer 1-2 day shipping with a maximum shipping fee of $30 that is dependent upon location.

We grow our farm raised oysters in South River, NC in good ol' Carteret County. We are working on expanding to leases in Adam's Creek and surrounding waters.
